Wafiullah Iftikhar was born in Afghanistan. He lived many years in Peshawar, Pakistan and studied at Peshawar Hayatabad Institute of Management Science where he was awarded a degree in Business Administration.(2005)

Wafullah Eftikhar received 1,886 votes in Wolesi Jirga election 2018 and did not get a seat in WJ 2018.
