3. Biodata:
Mrs. Ustad Humaira Ayubi, daughter of Sayed Ahmad, was born in 1970 in the Noda
district, Farah Province. Ayubi graduated from Mariam High School in 1986 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Kabul University in 1991. Ayubi has 19 years of experience in the Afghan education system.

She has worked with NGOs, including the Sanayee Development Foundation (SDF), where she trained teachers according to the Radio NAWA program for one year and then monitored their progress. She also worked with the Independent Election Commission (IEC) in 2009 for six months as a provincial trainer for the Presidential and Provincial Council elections.

Mrs. Ayubi is an independent Wolesi Jirga 2010 member and bagged most votes in Wolsei Jirga Elections 2010 in Farah Province.

She is married and has three sons and one daughter.
