3. Biodata:
Haji Lutfullah Baba is a son of Mohammad Sediq and was born 1971 in Hisarshahi village, Rodat District, Nangahar Province, he currently lives in Jalalabad city. He studied in a primary school in his district and completed secondary education in Abdul Wakil high school in 1988 in Nangarhar. He migrated to Pakistan during Dr. Najib government and was doing private business. In 2005 graduated from Nangarhar Teacher Training Institute.

He was the head of the east zone trading union. He is a member of the Dawat Islami party. He is the provincial head of Dawat-e-Islami party in Nangarhar and a member of the Complaints and Petitions  Commission.

Lotfullah Baba was travelling from Kabul to Jalalabad when militants attacked him in the Mashal Kamar area of Qarghaee district, in Laghman province. Baba said two of his guards were wounded in the incident.(20120606) He was the chief of Oil Trade Union in the Eastern Zone. He is a fuel trader and has many fuel stations in the country.
 

He is married and has four sons and two daughters.
 

He speaks Dari, Pashtu and Urdu.
