3. Biodata:
Haji Abdullah is the son of Haji Peerem Qul Piram Qul and he was born 1956 in Kunduz province but lives in Kabul now. He is a high school graduate. He was a teacher for 21 years. He is a member of the Islamic Party and the Secretary of the Legislative Affairs, Justice and Judiciary (Legal Monitoring, Human Rights and Anticorruption Campaign) Commission.

He is married and has four sons and four daughters.
