3. Biodata:
Haider Karzai is President Karzais Cousin and works for the Department of State, Foreign Press Center Los Angeles. Haider Karzai belongs to the Karzai Clan. Haider Karzai (“Haider”) was a federal government employee from at least 1998 until approximately September 2016, when he retired. Haider Karzai died April 30, 2021 of cancer said Mona Karzai (20240403) and not by a self inflicted gun shot wound which is a slanderous lie. (20211118)

On June 1, 2022, Plaintiff Liluma Karzai (Haiders second wife) filed this action for breach of contract against the Office of Federal Employees Group Life Insurance within Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“MetLife” or “Defendant”). Karzai claims that MetLife erroneously paid her deceased husband's life insurance benefit from his Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (“FEGLI”) policy to his former spouse Ramona instead of to her. She seeks to recover the full amount of the FEGLI Benefit, in addition to fees and costs. She also seeks a declaratory judgment that she is the sole beneficiary of the FEGLI Benefit and entitled to receive all proceeds from it. Pending before the Court are the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment.  Karzai's motion is denied and MetLife's motion is granted.
