Haji Allah Dad son of Khudai Dad Khan Andar was born 1947 in Khanan Village, Andar District, Ghazni Province. He is a Military University Graduate (1968). He is a trader from Spin Boldak District, Kandahar Province.His current residence is in Khushal Khan Mina, District 5. Kabul. He was appointed Meshrano Jirga Member 20110220. He is a member of the Internal Security, Defense Affairs and Local Organs Commission. Ahmad Shah Khan Taraki was introduced as presidential nominee for the membership of the Meshrano Jirga a week back on October 22. He replaced Allah Daad Andar.
