Toran Amanullah, commander of the Firqa Sama, stationed at the Rishkor military base, south of Kabul as of mid-2005 is in custody of the U.S. military. Amanullah is a second tier commander of Hezb-e Islami party. Human Rights Watch is listing him as a Human Rights Abuser.
