Engineer Rohullah Aman was President of Ariana Airlines in 2002. He embezzeled 4.8 Mio US $, but was not brought to court. In 2006 Karzai made him Mayor of Kabul where he again embezzeled money and was behind fishy land deals.

Ex Kabul Mayor Rohullah Aman was summoned to come to the Attorney General Office for prosecutions. But he did not show up.

Although it is not clear why he was summoned to the AGO for what type of charges, but earlier most of the governmental officials were accused of the corruption, misuse of their authorities and embezzlement, but was not brought to the court.(20150915)
