3. Biodata:

Abdul Samad Afghan got his bachelor degree from U.A.E. University in Sharia and Law in Alain United Arab Emirates (1995 - 2000). He joined the Dubai Consulate General as The Consul General in March 2016. In 2014 he was the Chief of President Ghani’s Presidential Election Campaign in the UAE and one of leading organizers of Election Campaigns in Khost (Province of Afghanistan) Afghan is candidate for the Master Degree in Constitutional Law in U.A.E. University in Alain  United Arab Emirates (2014 - present). 
 

Afghan is married and has six children, four sons and two daughters.

He speaks Pashtu, Dari and English
