Head of the Private Law Department in Faculty of Law and Political Science of Kabul University (1991 to 1995),
Head the Hoqoq Department of Kunduz province (2001 to 2002),
Head of Kabul Hoqoq Department (2002 to 2005),
General Head of Hoqoq Department of Ministry of Justice. He was a first degree defense lawyer from 1995 to 2000.

3. Biodata
Prof. Abdul Qadri Adalat Khwah son of Khush Mohammad was born in 1956 in Dilshad village of Hazrat Imam District of Kunduz province. He finished his preliminary school in his hometown and high school in Takharistan High Seminary of Kunduz province. Based on his interest, he continued his higher educations in Shria School of Kabul University. After that he continued his higher educations by taking Masters Degree in field of Law from Tashkand University of Uzbekistan. His specialty and education are fields of Family Law, Obligation Law, Real Property Law, Heritage Law, Introduction to Law, Islamic Law and Contemporary Law Systems. After receiving the MA degree, Prof Adalat Khwah returned home and based on his interest, he started teaching law in Kabul University.

Afghan lawmakers confirmed Di Mohammad Gran and Abdul Qadir Adalatkhwah as the members of the Supreme Court of Afghanistan.(20131225)



Prof Adalat Khwah has complete knowledge in Uzbeki, Dari and Pashto languages and is familiar with Arabic, Russian and English languages.
