3.Biodata:
Sultan Jan Khaksar, son of Haji Ghulam Jan, was born in 1954 in the village of Mangal of Azrah district in Logar province. He completed his education at Rahman Baba School in 1970. He began his career as a government official in 1971, and until 1976 he served in the Office of the Attorney General in Azrah district. He was later promoted to junior prosecutor in Logar. In 1978, he moved to Pakistan and from 1993 to 1996, he worked as an official in the procurement office of the Chamber of Commerce, but after a short while he had to take refuge. After returning to his homeland in 2001, he was appointed chief auditor of the Chamber of Commerce. In 2004, he became team leader of the third group of the Chamber. Khaksar is the recipient of several medals and certificates, including a first class certificate from the Office of the President, a second-class certificate from the Ministry of Commerce, and a third-class certificate from the Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he received incentives worth $500,000 from the Ministry of Commerce. He speaks Dari, Pashto and English. Khaksar was indirectly elected to the Meshrano Jirga through the 2005 provincial council elections in Logar.

He is married and has 11 children.
