3. Biodata:
Homayoon_HamayunHumayon is s/o Ghulam Khan Mahaudin Khalqi (who was the Police Chief of Kabul during the Taraki regime) was born 1974 in Khost Province. Humayoun finished his primary education at Nazo Ana High School in Kabul province and completed his twelfth class certificate in Russia.
 

He was a businessman with activities  in Russia. Humayoun has worked in construction since he graduated from school, and is currently the director of a construction company.

The Head of the High Office of Oversight and Anti-Corruption, Azizullah Ludin, accused Homayon Homayon, head of the Defense Commission of the Lower House, of embezzling 780 million Afs. It is said that Homayon had been trying to embezzle the amount that was part of a contract providing clothing to the Afghan Army.(20121024)

A suicide bomber killed at least 17 people and wounded 50 others in Afghanistan's eastern Khost province. Lawmaker, Homayoun Homayoun, is among those wounded.(20150402)

A number of MPs in the Wolesi Jirga, Lower House of Parliament, claimed that the first deputy speaker of the house, Humayun Humayun, MP from Khost,  and Lalai Hamidzai, an MP from Kandahar, forced their way into the National Archives recently and removed a number of documents. This comes as earlier MP Hamayoun accused the parliament’s speaker, Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi, and the head of parliament secretariat, Khodai Nazar Nusrat for being corrupt. Some lawmakers urged the parliament’s speaker and deputy speaker to step down.(20171025)
 

Referring to a report of Presidential guards (PPS) raid on the office of Ali Ahmad Osmani, the Water and Energy Minister, MP Hamayoun claimed that security organs are denying to accept “illegal orders” by President Ashraf Ghani, so the President is executing his demands through his personal guards.(20180625)
 

Humayon is married and has three children.
