Biography of Helmand Provincial council members
1 – Abdul Bari Barikzai:
Abdul Bari Barikzai, son of Haji Ghulam Hansan was born in Jalj village in the Nava district of southern Helmand province in 1977. He is graduated from Lashkargah high school and currently is head of provincial council in Helmand. Early was had a private business.
2 – Fazal Bari Fayaz:
Fazal Bari Fayaz, son of Haji Abdul Samad was born in Nich Safla village in the Kajaki district of southern Helmand province in 1979. Being a second grade student in Arakozia University, Fayaz is deputy of provincial council in Helmand.
3 – Anwar Khan:
Anwar Khan, son of Abdullah Jan was born in Kharko village of Garamsir district of southern Helmand province in 1972. He is presently a second grade student at Arakozia University, who earlier acted as vaccination in charge from UNICEF. He is also a tribal elder.
4 – Esmatullah Ishaqzai:
Esmatullah Ishaqzai is son of Haji Ghulam Mohammad Khan, who was born in Torba village of Nawzad district in southern Helmand province in 1986. He is a university student and earlier he had a private business.
5 – Saiful Maluk Noori:
Saiful Maluk Noori, son of Yar Mohammad was born in Mira village of Vashir district in southern Helmand province in 1954. He was graduated from mathematics department of a teacher training college in Kandahar province. He earlier worked as administrative assistant at education department in Helmand province.
6 – Mrs. Razia Balouch:
Razia Balouch, daughter of Sayed Mohammad Akram was born in the Greshk district of southern Helmand province in 1961. She is graduated from Loya Adi high school. She previously worked as teacher in Bibi Fatima Zahra high school in Greshk.
7 – Mrs. Bebi Layeqa:
Bibi Layeqa, daughter of Nazar Mohammad was born in Sayed Tajar Agha village in Greshk district of southern Helmand province in1966. She studied until 11th grade in a Greshk school and also acted as a teacher there.
8 – Ali Ahmad Khan:
Ali Ahmad Khan, son of Sher Ahmad Khan was born in Loy Darwishan village of Gramsir district in southern Helmand province in 2005. He was graduated from Shahid Abdul Matin high school in Lashkargah city and is a member of provincial council in Helmand. He earlier worked as government employee in Garamsir district.
9 – Mrs. Malika Helmandi:
Malika Helmandi, daughter of Fida Mohammad was born in Lashkargah city of southern Helmand province in 1980. She completed a teacher training college in Lashkargah city and is a member of provincial council in Helmand province. She earlier worked as teacher in a girl school in the province.
10 – Haji Mir Ahmad Khan:
Haji Mir Ahmad Khan son of Haji Abdul Rashid was born in Babaji area of Lashkargah city in 1963. He completed school in Lashkargah city and earlier he was a tribal elder.
11 – Mrs. Karima:
Karima, daughter of Abdul Nabi was born in Samir area of Kajaki district in southern Helmand province in 1983. She is a second grade student at private university in Helmand and previously she worked at the women affairs department of the province.
12 – Haji Ataullah Afghan:
Haji Ataullah Afghan son of Abdul Hakim was born in Landi Shakh village of Nava district in southern Helmand province in1980. He is a school graduate and previously he was a tribal elder.
13 – Haji Abdullah Jan:
Haji Abdullah Jan, son of Haji Mahiudin was born in Babaji area of Lashkrgah, the capital of southern Helmand province in1976. He is graduated from Abdul Mutmaeen high school and previously he was a tribal elder.
14 – Allaudin Sultani:
Allaudin Sultani son of Haji Ghulam Haidar Khan was born in Mukhtar area of Lashkargah, the capital of southern Helmand province in 1980. He completed teacher training college and studies political science at Wadi Helmand private university. Being a journalist previously, Sultani is a member of provincial council and earlier he worked in radio television channel of Helmand province.
15 – Haji Mohammad Naeem:
Haji Mohammad Naeem son of Mohammad Hassan was born in China Olia village of Musa Qala district in southern Helmand province in 1960. He studied school until 11th grade and is a member of provincial council in Helmand. He was a tribal elder previously.
