3. Biodata:
fehramand_baburDr. Enayatullah Babur Ferahmand Enayatullah Babur Farahmand, son of Chari, was born in 1977 in Sheberghan city, Jowzjan province. Ferahmand finished his primary and secondary education at General Abdul Hakim Qahraman High School, Jowzjan province, in 1993. After graduation from school, he joined the Medical Faculty of Balkh University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Balkh University in 2005.
 

Ferahmand worked as a teacher for six years in the Afghan-Turk High School in Mazar from 1997 to 2003. Ferahmand then served as a translator at the Urdonia Health Hospital in Mazar-i Sharif, before he joined the British Broadcasting Corporation as journalist, producer and chief correspondent for Balkh province.
 

Ferahmand has been the head of the Dostum Charitable Foundation since 2001. Dr. Enayatullah is affiliated with Hezb-e-Junbish Milli Islami Afghanistan. He was in charge of the Youth Committee in Junbish and advises Northern Alliance leader General Abdul Rashid Dostum on cultural affairs.
 

Dr. Enayatullah Babur Fehramand is educated in Turkey.

He bagged most votes in Wolesi Jirga Election 2010.
