3. Biodata:

Abdul Qadir Kamran, son of Abdul Ghani, was born in 1990 in Abkamari district, Daizangi village. He completed his primary education in his hometown and completed his high school education at Hanzaleh Badghisi High School in Qala-e-Naw in 2004. After graduating from school in 2007, Kamran entered Herat University, Faculty of Economics, after passing the entrance exam, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2010.
 

Kamran started his first work experience as the head of Zarmast Construction and Surveillance Company in 1390 in Qala-e-Naw and has worked in this department for a year. Kamran joined the International World Office in 2012 as a Marketing Manager and has been working with this organization for 9 months. He was also appointed as the financial and administrative director of the Independent Election Commission in Qala-e-Naw in 2014 and has held this position for 8 months. Mr. Kamran, along with his other activities, is also interested in teaching and has taught economics at the Badghis Institute of Higher Education from 2011 to 2016.
 

Kamran is fluent in Dari, Pashto and English and is also familiar with many computer programs.
