3. Biodata:
Lt Gen Mohammad Fareed Ahmadi joined the Afghan Army in April 1991. He has obtained Master’s degrees in Military Sciences from the Parachute Commando University of Russia from London’s Royal College and International Relations and has completed his Strategic Defense Studies at the Royal College of Defense Studies. As a young major in 2003, he attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, as the first student from Afghanistan in 32 years.(2003-2004) and  later Kings College, London, U.K..
 

Gen. Farid Ahmadi, commander of the Afghan Army Special Forces Corps, was wounded on 20201027 in a roadside mine blast on the highway from Kunduz city to Imam Sahib District and has been transferred to Kabul for further treatment.



General Farid Ahmadi, a former commander of the special operations corps of the deposed Republic of Afghanistan, told Radio Azadi that he believes security and financial concerns are driving many former Afghan soldiers to consider fighting with Vagner (Wagner).(20221227)
