3. Biodata:
Mohammad Fazel Sharifi has a Master’s degree in Farsi literature and is currently a PhD student in Kabul University. Previously he served as director of policy and plan in institute of Farsi literary, Editor-in-Chief of Khurasan magazine, member of the Academy of Sciences of Afghanistan, Chief of Staff and Senior Adviser in the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, deputy commissioner in research and policy section of Independent Election Commission, Independent Human Rights Commission, and some other organizations besides having cultural, social, and media activities.
