Background:
New district Nawamish Nawamesh in Helmand province (20140116) In 2018 Wolesi Jirga election Nawamish district of Helmand, which were administered by the IEC’s office in Daikundi (the area was virtually cut-off from Helmand’s capital Lashkargah, but fairly easy to reach from Daikundi). The voters in these polling centres cast their votes for candidates who ran in Helmand.
