Ahmad Zia Azimi Shinozadah went to Istiqlal High School and studied at Pishgam University, Afghanistan. He did his Master of BBA at Kardan University, Kabul. Ahmad Zia Azimi received 4,481 votes in 2018 Wolesi Jirga election and did not get a seat in WJ 2018.

He is married.
