3. Biodata:
Nasratullah Mudassery Nasrtullah Modassery, son of Dr. Azimullah Niazi (Member of Kabul Provincial Council),  was born 1983 in Chardehi, Wasel Abad, Kabul. Mudassery holds a bachelor's degree (B.B.A.)  in business administration from Al Khair University of Pakistan (201109).

After the abolition of the Mujahidin Army under the name of DISARMAMENT, DEMOBOLIZATION AND REINTEGRATION (DDR) by NATO and the formation of a new National Army within the Ministry of Defense, he turned to economic activity to gain more experience in his life.
 

At the time after his 1st visit to Xinjiang China, he visited Afghan Traders there as well several other cities, had investigated about future options of two countries trade and economic affairs, he submitted a proposal to the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Beijing as well to the Minister of Commerce and Industry of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Kabul for establishing the Afghan Chamber of Commerce in China. He resided two years in Beijing.

 

After the approval of the mentioned authorities along with the agreement of Afghan Businessmen residing in other cities of China,  the Representative office of Afghan Chamber of Commerce in China was established on 2007.
 

The 39 members on that time appointed Mudassery as the honorary Deputy Representative of the Chamber, so he worked for 2 years to establish well trade and economic relations between two countries.
 

Later he went to Lower House of National Assembly of Afghanistan to get the experience and knowledge of politics and democracy inside the country, he joined Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi (Speaker of Lower House (WJ)) as his Senior Advisor and Personal Assistant for more than 6 years.

 

Discussions with the Member of Parliament and official travels to foreign countries, led to opening new windows of Afghanistan from perspective of global community, and then, at a special juncture, he was selected as the First Chief of Office to Special Representative of President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to the National Solidarity. It was established for the first time in the history of Afghanistan by Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani.


He is married.
