The Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC) is Afghanistan’s first wireless communications company and the founder of Afghanistan’s wireless communications market. Launched in 2002 by Ehsan Bayat, Chairman of The Bayat Group, AWCC provides 2.5G, 3G and High-Speed 3.75G Voice, Data, Internet and Mobile Banking Services to more than four million Business and Consumer Clients, located in all of Afghanistan’s thirty-four provinces. The Company has global partnerships with 425 wireless carrier networks in 125 countries. Amin Ramin was born 1962 in Afghanistan. After becoming a business man in the U.S. in the 1990’s, Amin Ramin returned to Afghanistan in 2002.  Amin is the Afghan Wireless Managing Director for over a decade.   He is also a Member of the Board of Directors.

He speaks Dari and English.
