Engineer Abdul Ahad Wahed was born in Afghanistan. He migrated to the Netherlands in the 70th where he completed his education. Engineering college B.S. In Architecture, Architecture (1968 – 1974
),  ITC Enschede PG, Urban Design (1978 – 1979),  ITC School of Planning and Architecture Masters, Urban Design (1985 – 1986).
