1. Haji Abdul Rahman:
Haji Abdul Rahman is the son of Shaikh Yaqoob. He was born in 1965 in Shinki district of southern Zabul province. He studied up to 12th grade at his home district. However, he could not get higher education. He served as a schoolteacher. Rahman also served as people’s representative.

2. Mrs. Fawzia Kakar:
Fawzia Daughter of Abdul Sattar, Fawzia was born in 1972 in the capital Kabul. She studied up to 12th grade. She has no political affiliation. Fawzia served as people’s representative in the past too.

3.  Haji Mohammad Hasham Hashim:
Haji Hashm is the son of Abdul Halim. He was born in Shahr-I-Safa district of Zabul province in 1963. He studied up to 9th grade. He also has no political affiliation. Hasham had served as people’s representative in Hamid Karzai’s government. He also served as a leading tribal elder and a Jihadi commander in the past.

4. Mrs. Zar Bibi Sulaimankhel :
Zar Bibi is the daughter of Abdul Hanan. She was born in Qalat city, the provincial capital in 1973. She studied up to 12th grade and worked with International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). She also served as people’s representative in the previous government.
5. Haji Dur Mohammad Qiam:
Haji Dur Mohammad Qiam is the son of Haji Akhtar Mohammad. He was born in Qalat city in 1962. He studied up to 12th grade at Shaikh Mati High School. It is his first time, he made his way to the Zabul provincial council.

6. Haji Asadullah Kakar:
Kakar is the son of Abdul Ghani. He was born in Qalat city in 1977. He also studied up to 12th grade at Shaikh Mati High School. Currently, he is the member of Zabul provincial council. The district governor of Shinkay is aligned with Sadullah Kakar.

7. Mohammad Daud Gulzar Hotak:
Mohammad Daud Gulzar is the son of Haji Zulmai Gulzar. He was born in Shinki district of Zabul in 1977. He completed his bachelor in political science from Bakhtar private university in the capital Kabul in 2013.

Mohammad Omar Omari is the son of Wazir Mohammad. He was born in Shah Joi district of Zabul in 1972. He studied upto 12th grade at Shaikh Mati High School.

Atta Muhammad Haq Wayand Haqbayan, Atta Jan is the son of Haji Amanullah. He was born in Qalat City in 1986. Atta Jan also studied up to 12th grade at Habibia High School in the capital Kabul. Provincial Council Chief (20190515)

Atta Muhammad Haqbin Wayand is the Zabul Provincial Council head (20150220) Atta Jan, escaped a roadside mine blast unhurt when he was in the way to Shah Joy district to mediate release of those 30 Hazara passengers. (20150228) Haji Atta Jan Haqbaya is a strong Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai supporter. (20191008)
Ata Jan Haqbayan survived twin bombings inside a provincial administration compound in Zabul(20210420).
