Khudai Nazar Nasrat Khodai Nazar Nusrat was born in 1975. He attended the high school at Sayed Jamaludin High School, Peshawar in 1994. Nasrat has a Master of Arts (MA) in International Law, India (2012) and Bachelor (Hon) Degree in Civilization and International Studies, Faculty of Islamic Call, Tripoli, Libya (2003). Nasrat has also attended various training, fellowship programs including constitutional law, criminal law in France, Germany, Morocco, India, Turkey and USA, has Orientation Diploma inLaw andInternational Studies, Tripoli, Libya (2003).
During his services in the General Secretariat of the Wolesi Jirga, in order to institutionalize legislature in Afghanistan, Nasrat engaged in various efforts and activities including Capacity Building of the staff members of the General Secretariat, designing and renovation of the buildings, scrutinizing the legislative decrees and laws, providing legal advice, improving inter-parliamentary diplomacy, and maintaining professional relations with other parliaments and international organizations. Nasrat is currently the member of Parliamentarians for conflict Prevention , East West Institute , Brussels, Belgium. The Attorney General Office’s (AGO) has started investigating corruption allegations against Khodainazar Nusrat, head of the Wolesi Jirga, Lower House of Parliament's, secretariat. The AGO spokesman Jamshid Rasooli said that they have received the documents on the allegations from Wolesi Jirga’s Administrative Board against Nusrat.(20171124)
