3. Biodata:
Bahr_AqaiAqay Bahr, son of Sayed Amir, was born in 1959, in Qalacha village,  Lal Wa Sar
Jangal district, Ghor province. Bahr studied Islamic subjects and literature in Afghan and foreign seminaries and completed his Islamic studies in 1985. He graduated from Darulhuda High School in Lal Wa Sar Jangal district, Ghor province, in 2007. Bahr is well-known in Ghor province due to his public contributions. He established the Baserat library in 1983 in Ghor province and has given speeches regularly in mosques.

Bahr was the district governor of Lal Wa Sar Jangal and  resigned from his position in 2005 to become a candidate in the 2005 parliamentary elections, but was unsuccessful. From . 2005 Parliament: Bahr competed unsuccessfully in the 2005 elections. Bahr was deputy of the Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami Afghanistan Provincial Council for Ghor, from the foundation of the party until 1991.
