3. Biodata:

Alhaj Eng. Munawar Shah Bahaduri, son of Haji Mohammad Kabir, was born in 1967 in
Shindand district, Herat province.  Bahduri finished his primary education at Kashifi School in Shindand district in 1976, and his secondary education at the Military High School in 1980. He then went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from the Airforce University of Kabul in 1984. He attained his master’s degree in Law and Political Science (with a specialization in International Relations) from Azad University, Iran, in 2010.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Bahaduri worked as an engineer in locations including Kandahar (at the airfield), Farah, Herat and Nimroz. He is also a businessman and has owned and served as director for a series of companies. He established his first company, Wahid Omari Sab Dawari Company, in 1997; his first manufacturing company, Sadaf Aria, in 2002; and his second manufacturing company, Pamir Cola, in 2004.

Wolesi Jirga 2010 resumed the election for its speaker on 20110208. Those who are to compete for the position are thought to be the following: Ebrahim Malikzada (from Ghor), from Herat: Munawarshah Bahadury. As well as Khalid Pashtoon and Sayed Mohamad.

He is married and has nine children.

He speaks Pashto, Dari, English and Russian.
