3. Biodata:
Mahmood Khan Suliman Khil was born in 1966 in Janakhil district, Paktika province. Suliman Khil graduated from Harbi Showanzi High School in Kabul in 1979. He then studied for one year at the Harbi Pohantoon Military University before participating in the jihad. In addition to his work as a tribal leader, he also runs a business importing medicines from Pakistan. During the jihad, Suliman Khil was affiliated with Hezb-e-Muhaz Milli Islami Afghanistan

Mahmood Khan Salim Khel Sullaiman Khel will replace sitting Wolesi Jirga MNA MP Abdul Qadir after a Independent Election Commission Decision 20110821. He bagged 7.604 votes for a seat in Wolesi Jirga Election 2010 and was declared winner in October 2010. His number of votes were second most in Paktia Province. But later all this votes were declared not valid.
