3. Biodata:
Faizul Rahman Waseeq son of Gulam Hussin was born in 1950  in Takhar province. He received his primary education in Takhar and his high school diploma from Ibni Sina High school in Kabul and received his Bachelor in Law and Political Studies from Kabul University.  In March of 2008, he was appointed as professional member of FDRC by the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
