Tokhi_Zahra_ZabuliMrs. Zahra Tokhi Zabuli Zuhra Tokhi is the Daughter of Abdul Rahman and was born 1969 in Zabul Province. Currently she is living in Kabul. Zabuli completed her secondary education at the Bibi Khala High School in Zabul province in 1986. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dentistry at the University of Kyrgyzstan in 2005. She is a Dentist. During the war period, she immigrated to Pakistan, and then to Kyrgyzstan. She lived in Kyrgyzstan for seven years and completed university there. Zabuli returned to Afghanistan in 2005. Zuhra Tokhi is the sister of Daud Hassas, the former spokesman of Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah during the first two years of the National Unity Government (NUG).

The district governor of Shamulzayi district is the brother of Zuhra Tokhi.
 

Zabuli is an independent member of the Wolesi Jirga 2010.

Zahrah Tokhi received 482 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2018. She is a pro-Ghani member of parliament.
 

Zabuli is married and has four sons and two daughters.
