3. Biodata
Yoon_AryanMrs. Aryan Yoon daughter of Abdullah Mohammadi was born 1969 in Khewa District, Nangahar Province. Yoon graduated from Amin-e-Fedawi High School in Kabul. She has a master’s degree in Languages and Literature which she earned from Kabul University in 2007. Aryan Yoon is married to Ismail Yoon, who was born on March 8, 2009 in Alokhel village of Alingar District, Laghman Province, who is a Pashtun author and nationalist cultural figure. She was a delegate to the Constitutional Loya Jirga and a refugee in Pakistan during the Taliban era.

Yoon has worked as a lecturer at Damhat-ul-Momineen University. She also taught at Amin-e-Fedawi High School. With the United Nations Assistance Mission to Afghansitan, she has worked with women in Nangarhar, Laghman, Kunar and Nuristan provinces. Yoon has published many academic works and compilations including “Landayo ta Katana” (“A look into Pashto Poetry”), “Biographies of Pashtun Female Poets” and a translation of geometry into Pashto for class ten.
 

She is associated with Afghan Mellat. Aryan Yoon is a staunch follower of President Hamid Karzai.
 

Yoon  was a member of the International Relations committee in Wolesi Jirga 2005.

She opposed summoning the attorney general over his involvement with a special election court (20110622).

Arian Youn secured 4,444 votes in Wolesi Jirga 2018 election and got a seat in WJ 2018.

 

She is married and has four children.
 

Yoon speaks Pashtu and Dari.
