3. Biodata:
Deputy Minister Administration Eng. Abdul Wakil son of Shir Gul was born Now Abad area of Bagrami district Kabul Province in 1949. He admitted to Bagrami Primary School in 1957-1963 and studied Middle School in German Technical in Kabul in 1993-1966. Eng. Wakil graduated from Telecommunications Training Center and studied in Lythan St. Annes College in UK and earned bachelor degree in Electronics and Communications from Bolton University of United Kingdom in 1979-1982. Deputy Minister Wakil joined United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and served there from 1975 to 2008 in different posts in Islamabad-Pakistan and Afghanistan. In addition to Pashto, he understands Dari, English and Urdu languages very well. Furthermore, he has worked in Administration/Financial Management as well as Human Resources.
