3. Biodata:
Syed Azizullah Ulfati is the son of Sayed Mullah Abdullah and was born 1963 in KookGunbad village, Shiberghan District, Jawzjan Province. He currently lives in Shadab Zafar Arpartment Blocks, Kabul. 

He was elected second secretary in Meshrano Jirga (20100222). Ulfati was an unsuccessful Candidate in the Wolesi Jirga Election 2005. In Feb. 2010 was elected 2nd Secretary to the Meshrano Jirga. Political Background: Harakat-e-Inqilab-e-Islami. Ulfatee also published Dewan-e-Mashrap Mashrab (a collection of poems).

He is a Member of  Commission of Legislative Affairs, Justice and Judiciary (Legal Monitoring, Human rights and Corruption Campaign)
