Head of Jawzjan appellant court, Fazal Rahman Fazli.
Public security department head of the Kabul appellant court, Muhammad Safa Karimi.
Public security department head of the Supreme Court, Dil Muhammad Mostashar.

Background:
Supreme Court sent a proposal to the Presidential Palace about the setting up of such a court which could deliberate on disputes within the election 2010. President Hamid Karzai approved the proposal on Sunday 20110102. Responsible for that (from Karzai initiated) proposal were Attorney General Mohammad Ishaq Alako, Supreme Court Chief Justice Abdul Salam Azeemi, Supreme Court Justices Maulvi Mohammad Qasim and Zamin Ali Behsud. They were summoned by Wolesi Jirga 20110622.
