3. Biodata:
Najibullah AminNajib Amin Najeebullah Amin was born 14. July 1976. He was granted a scholarship through the Italian Government and support of Bologna University to do his Master Degree in Bologna, in 2005-2006. The master was an interdisciplinary degree on Development Innovation and Changes (MiDIC) conducted by the faculties of law and faculty of economics of the mentioned University.

 

Amin is an Afghan lawyer who served in 2003 and 2004 as the Deputy Chief Rapporteur and Academic Coordinator for the Afghan Constitutional Loya Jirga, and as head of the research and analysis department in the Constitutional Commission of Afghanistan.

Amin, also serves as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Kabul University since 2004, and was a consultant to the Asia Foundation for the 2004 Afghan Presidential election.
 

While working with the Chief Executive office where he manages policy coordination issues and inter-ministerial relations and cabinet secretariat, Amin served as the key figure in policy coordination of all Jirgas and Loya Jirgas in the past 10 years at a capacity of policy coordinator and technical manager of Jirgas.(20130730)
