1-    Qazi Inayatullah Mazhabyar:
Son of Alhaj Faqeer Mohammad, Qazi Inayatullah Mazhabyar is born in 1967 in Want Waygal district. He completed his primary and secondary education in his native district while secured his bachelor and master degrees in Sharia (religious studies).
Before assuming the office of provincial council head, Mazhabyar designated as head of Nuristan criminal department and senior judge at apex court. He speaks Pashto, Dari, Arabic and Urdu languages fluently.

2-    Molana Amanullah Inayat-ur-Rahman:
Son of Ghulam Rahman, Molana Amanullah Inayat- ur-Rhaman is the inhabitant of Nurgram district who is born in 1967.
He completed his bachelor degree in religious studies from a prominent Madrassa in Pakistan. He completed his primary and intermediate education at Umar Farooq Madrasas in his own locality.
Earlier, he worked as Kabul prison in charge. Before assuming the office of deputy head provincial council, he was associated with his own business. He speaks Pashto, Persian, Pashai, Arabic and English. He has no political affiliation.

3-    Maulvi Abdul Ghafoor:
Son of Abdullah, Molvi Abdul Ghafoor hails from Dayshagi village in capital Parun. He is born in 1355.
He completed his bachelor in religious studies during his days in Pakistan and remained an active member of Afghan Jihad.
Earlier, Maulvi Ghafoor was member of Dayshies council and run a private business. However, currently he is member of Nuristan provincial council. He speaks Pashto, Dari, Pashi and Urdu languages fluently.

4-    Mrs. Gulalai Afzali:
Gulalai Afzali is the daughter of Mohammad Aslam. She is born in 1353 in Genril Kala, Kabul province.
She studied up to 12th class. She was housewife before assuming membership of provincial council.
Afzali has no political affiliation. Currently, she is the member of Nuristan provincial council. She speaks Pashto and Dari languages.

5-    Shamsuddin:
Son of Mohammad Aseel, Shamsuddin is born in 1351 in Want Waygal district of Nuristan province.
He is graduated from the Pashto department of high Pedagogical Institute in Nuristan province and then started working with several NGOs in different capacities.
Shamsuddin was an active member of Hizb-e-Islami during Jihad and fought against the government of Dr. Najib. Now, he is secretary of provincial council. He speaks Pashto, Dari and Arabic languages.

6-    Ameer Hamzah Ahmadi:
Son of Jumah Khan, Ameer Hamzah Ahmadi is born in Du Ab district in Nuristan in 1355. He completed his primary education in his native town from local Imam.
Earlier, before assuming the office of provincial council member, he was a businessman and member of Jamiat party.
Currently, he has no political affiliation. He speaks Pashto, Dari and English languages.

7-  Mrs.  Khatirah:
Resident of Want Waygal district, Khatirah is the daughter of Abdul Ghani who is born in 1372.
She studied up to 14th and currently she is provincial council member. Earlier, she was discharging her duties as a nurse. She has no political affiliation. She speaks Pashto and Dari languages.

8-   Mrs.  Rowidah:
Rowidah is the daughter of Mujadin. She hails from Nuagram district and is born in 1372 in Nangarhar province.
She studied up to 8th class. Currently, she is member of provincial council. She has no political affiliation. Rowidah speaks Pashto and Pashai languages.

9-    Gul Mohammad Zahid
Son of Nadar Shah, Gul Mohammad Zahid is born in 1356 in Nuagram district of Nuristan province.
Earlier, he had his own business in Iran. Nowadays, he is not only a member of provincial council but also a strong companion of Hizb-e-Islami party. He speaks Pashto, Dari and Pashai languages.
