Chairman Head of Provincial Council:
Haji Jamal Qadir, son of Haji Abdul Qadir (former assassinated Governor of Nangahar 2001-2002) 20110126, The Attorney General Office (AGO) and the Ministry of Interior have issued arrest warrants for Jamal Qadir, a member of the Nangarhar Provincial Council, an official said on 20120304. Jamal Qadir was arrested in central Kabul on 20120312.

1 – Mrs. Angiza Shinwari:
Angiza Shinwari, a daughter of Mohammad Kabir, was born 1984 and is the resident of the Achin district of eastern Nangarhar province. Being a member of provincial council in Nangarhar, she was born in capital Kabul in 1985. She holds bachelor degree in literature, who worked as journalist and a school teacher, but she has no political background. Provincial council (PC) female member Angeza Shinwari was wounded in a bomb attack.(20150209)
2 – Mrs. Nafas Gul Malikzai:
Nafas Gul Malikai, a daughter of Mohammad Naeem, she was born in Qala-i-Tak village of Khewa district of eastern Nangarhar province in 1344. Being a provincial council member, she was a school teacher for 22 years and is 14 grader.
3 – Mrs. Muhtarama Amin
Muhtarama Amin, a daughter of Rayees Khan, she was born in the Rodat district of Nangarhar province. She was a member of provincial council two times and previously worked in a number of non-government organizations. She holds bachelor degree in political science. Amin is a member of provincial council in Nangarhar province and a lecturer in the faculty of political science.
4 - Zabihullah Zmarai:
Zabihullah Zmarai, a son of Asadullah, he was born in the Behsud district of eastern Nangarhar province in 1352. He is 14 grader and presently is a member of provincial council in Nangarhar province. He previously has private business like working as shopkeeper, but has no political background.
5 – Ibrarullah Murad:
Ibrarullah Murad, a son of Mohammad Murad, he was born in the Kama district of eastern Nangarhar province since 1346. He is a school graduate and is a member of provincial council in the province. He previously worked as border police and was former jihadi commander. However, his is suspended for some time after he was of involvement in some crimes.
6 – Mufti Mueen Shah Haqani:
Mufti Mueen Shah Haqani, a son of Haji Malik Shah, he was born in the Nazian district of eastern Nangarhar province. He took master in Islamic sharia in Pakistan. Previously, he was in charge of Islamic programs in Spin Ghar radio channel. Being a member of provincial council, Haqani runs a private radio channel named Tadbir, but he has no political background.
7 – Haji Jamal Qadir:
Haji Jamal Qadir is a son of former Jihadi commander, Haji Qadir Arsala, who belonged to Ghaljiyee area of Hisarak district, but their forefather stationed in Sorkh Roud district of Nangarhar province. He completed school and was born in 1352. Having membership of provincial council and previously acting as director of the council, he is suspended because the man accused of some crimes.
8 – Haji Nasrat Arsala:
Haji Nasrat Arsala, a son of Haji Din Mohammad, he lives in the Hesarak district of Nangarhar province and born since 1361. But his forefather have stationed in the Sorkh Road district. He holds bachelor degree in economics from Iqra university of Pakistan and previously Arsala had a private business. He once acted as provincial council head in Nangarhar, however, has no political background.
9 - Mrs. Nilofar Aziz:
Nilofar Aziz, a daughter of Haji Mohammad Kazim, he belongs to Gardez city of southeastern Paktia province and was born since 1349. She was married with a man from Sorkh Roud district and is a member of provincial council in the province. Previously, Nilofar was a school teacher, but has no political background.
10 – Lal Mohammad Durani:
Lal Mohammad Durani is a son of Haji Shah Wali, who lives in Roghani area of Roadat district in eastern Nangarhar province. He completed paramedical institute and has born since 1357 in Roudat district. Durani, who acts as provincial council secretary, is a dentist, but has no political background.
11 – Iftikhar Momand:
Iftikhar Momand, a son of Firoz Khan Momand, he was born in the Goshta district of eastern Nangarhar province since 1354. He completed school and is a member of provincial council in Nangarhar province. Previously, Momand acted as tribal elder and has membership of various Jihadi parties.
12 – Fida Mohammad Gardiwal:
Fida Mohammad Gardiwal is a son of Pir Mohammad Gardiwal, who was born in the Momand Dara district of eastern Nangarhar province since 1357. He is a school graduate and earlier he worked as a trader. He is a provincial council member, but has no political background.
13 – Zabit Amir Mohammad:
Amir Mohammad is a son of Alif Khan, who was born in the Dara-i-Noor district of eastern Nangarhar province since 1333. He had gotten semi-higher education in social science and is a member of provincial council in Nangarhar province. He previously worked as a teacher and had private business, but has no political background.
14 – Mrs. Zahra Sadiqi:
Zahra Sadiqi, a daughter of Ghulam Sakhi, she was born in the Sawkai district of eastern Kunar province since 1343 and lives in Bihsud district of eastern Nangarhar province. She completed medical institute, who previously worked as midwife in Nangarhar hospital, but has no political background.
15 – Abdul Basir Gulab:
Abdul Basir Gulab, a son of Abdul Latif, who belonged to Shagi area of Koz Kunar district in eastern Nangarhar province. He was born in 1346 and got his BA from police academy. He is provincial council member in eastern Nangarhar and previously he had a private business.
16 – Dr. Abdul Qahar Lodin:
Dr. Abdul Qahar Lodin, a son of Haji Hasham, he was born in the Kama district of eastern Nangarhar province since 1341. Being a member of provincial council, Lodin completed medical university and earlier he worked in this field.
17 – Agha Jan:
Agha Jan, a son of Mohammad Zaman, who belonged to Kashmond area of eastern Laghman province and born since 1353. But his forefathers stationed in eastern Nangarhar province from the past. He is a school graduate and earlier worked closely with Jihadi commander, Haji Hazrat Ali. He is a provincial council member in eastern Nangarhar province.
