3.Biodata:
Naiel_RuqiaRuqia Naiel Roqia Nayil, daughter of Ewaz Ali, was born in 1978, in Lal Wa Sar Jangal district, Ghor province. Naiel finished her primary and secondary education at the Zainab Kubra High School, Ghor province, in 1994. She completed a nursing course conducted by the Ministry of Health from 1996-1998 and is currently (2012) a student of International Relations and Political Science at Kateb University, Kabul.
 

Naiel is currently the deputy of the Movement of Afghan Sisters (MAS) and attributes most of her votes to civil society activities in Ghor. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) in Afghanistan.

Naiel was elected to parliament in 2005 with 6,925 votes. She is close to Khalili and Mohaqeq. She was a member of the Committee on Dispatches and Communications in Wolesi Jirga 2005.

Naiel was a representative for Ghor province in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002. She has been vocally critical of President Karzai’s signing of the Shia Personal Status Law. She participated in the London Conference on Afghanistan in 2006
 

She is married and has no children.
 

She speaks Dari and English.
