3. Biodata Ahmad Nader Nadery Naderi:
Naderi_Ahmad_NaderAhmad Nader Nadery Ahmad Nadir Nadiri was born 1975 (other sources say 1964) in Afghanistan. Nadiri went to Habibia Highschool, Kabul (1988-1992). He studied law and political sciences at Kabul University and earned his Master's degree in International Affairs from George Washington University. He studied Leadership in 21 Century at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University. He works as the Chairperson of Fair and Free Election Foundation of Afghanistan, he is a member of advisory board to Open Society Institute (OSI) Afghanistan programs. He has written extensively on politics and human rights in Afghanistan and is a member of Board of Editors of the Oxford Journal on Transitional Justice.  Prior to his appointment at the AIHRC he worked as country director for the international human rights law group (Global Rights).

Ahmad Nader Nadery served as a Commissioner at the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHRC). He represented Afghan youth and peace activists at the UN peace talks for Afghanistan at the main Bonn Conference 2001. Nadery co-founded and works also as Chairperson of Fair and Free Election Foundation of Afghanistan (FEFA). He also is chairman of advisory board of Open Society Foundation-Afghanistan. He is a Member of the Board o f Editors of the International Journal on Transitional Justice. He is also a member of board of directors of Afghanistan Education Programs. In 2002 he served as spokesperson for the Emergency Loya Jerga (national grand assembly) He was elected as a delegate to represent the Afghan Civil Society at the ELJ in June 2002.
Nadery assumed rule of executive chairman of the Free and Fair Election Foundation of Afghanistan on Feb 2012.

Nadery won several international awards and was recognized as an "Asian Hero" by Time Magazine in 2004. He was also a 21 Young Asia Leader's fellow with the Asia Society and is a member of it's international council . The World Economic Forum recognized·Nadery as Young Global Leader (YGL) in 2008.

President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai has previously introduced Nadir Nadiri as ambassador of speech freedom support. Based on decree of President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, Ahmad Nadir Nadiri has been appointed as senior advisor to President on public relation and strategic affairs. (20160607)
 

Earlier about seven months ago, President Ashraf Ghani appointed Naderi in the position, but it was erupted after CE Abdullah showed his disagreement with the appointment. Currently, Naderi also serves as Ghani’s senior advisor on strategic and public relations’ affairs.
Naderi has completed his higher education in Political Science at Kabul University before obtaining his master’s degree on International Relations in George Washington University. He is specialized of leadership from Harvard University of the United States.

In addition, he has worked as spokesman for the Independent Commission of the Emergency Loya Jirga and thereinafter as the representative of Afghan Civil Society at Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002 where the head of Afghanistan Transitional Government was selected.

His other prominent roles include service as the member of the independent human rights commission of Afghanistan, member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council for fragile states for three years, the chairman of the Afghanistan Open Society Foundation’s board of directors for a five year period and head of the organization entitled ‘International Human Rights Law Group.(20170621)
