3. Biodata: Abdul Sattar Murad, deputy head of Dr. Abdullah’s electoral team, said the IEC was yet to decide the fate of more than 900,000 votes.
Of the 900,000 suspicious votes, he said, more than 500,000 had been cast for Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai and the remaining 400,000 votes had been missing and had not been recorded by the IEC.(20140514)
Satar Murad is a member of the committee responsible to form the cabinet: He said the problem lies in the agreement: "The problem is with the agreement on the unity government as both sides have different definitions of equal power sharing". He warned of a crisis rising if the problem was not resolved between Abdullah and President Ashraf Ghani.(20141117) The new leaders of the Jamiat-e- Islami Party of Afghanistan (Islamic Society of Afghanistan) were appointed on 20130701 The appointments were as follows: Salahuddin Rabbani as temporary Head of Party, Ahmad Zia Massoud and Kalimullah Naqibi as Deputies, Atta Mohammad Noor as President of the Executive Council, Wasil Noor Momand as Secretary Chief, Abdul Sattar Murad as Chairman of the Political Committee and Waqif Hakimi as Spokesman.
