3. Biodata Musa Khan Akbarzada:
akbarzada_musa-khanMohammad Musa Khan Akbarzada Ahmadzai, s/o Haji Akbar, was born 1950 in Syed Karam District, Paktia Province where he is a resident.  He completed his primary education at the same district and graduated from the military academy in 1979. Akbarzada was enrolled to the Jawahar Lal Nehru University in India in 1980 to pursue his higher studies and later studied military education at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) for one year.
Akbarzada taught at the Hazat Ali Military University until 1984 and had been responsible for international relations of the Ittihadi Islami's military wing until 1992.
In 1995, he served as consulate general in Peshawar, Pakistan, during the government of Burhanuddin Rabbani and before that he was a general in the Afghan National Army, during the time of the Daud Khan administration in the 1970s..
In 1969, Akbarzada worked as deputy ambassador to Saudi Arabia. He had served  as head of the Agriculture, Development and Reconstruction Organization from 2001 to 2005. Between 2002 and 2009, he worked as chief of a trade and construction firm.He is a member of the Dawat-i-Islami group previously known Ittihadi-i-Islami.

Sahib Khan, Moqur district chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News Governor Musa Khan Akbarzada had asked him to work in support of particular candidates for the 2010 Wolesi Jirga Election. When he refused to do so, Khan was forced to quit. Khan said he had been replaced by Haji Fazal Ahmad, who also asked him to support some candidates. However, he refused to act in violation of the election law. "They also offered me money but I declined." (20100918)
 

Hamidullah Nawroz, Head of the Provincial Government, told reporters that Governor Musa Khan Akbarzada spent most of his time on "unofficial visits". Since his appointment 10 months back, the governor had spent only two months in Ghazni, Nawroz said. This claim was strongly refuted by Akbarzada. (20110218).

Safiullah Ibrahimi, advisor of Ghazni governor Mohammad Musa Khan Akbarzada Ahmadzai , working for good governance in the historical southern city had been reported to have embezzled more than $40,000 and disappeared of the office.(20131109)
