3. Biodata:
Abdah_AlhajAl-haj Mohammad Abda, son of Haji Muhammad Akbar, was born 1967 in Chimtal District, Balkh Province.

Abdo finished his primary and secondary education at Ahmad Ulkhizerya High School in Balkh province. He got his bachelor’s degree in Islamic Education from Jamiatul Mustafa University, in Qom, Iran, in 2009.

Abdo is a member of the governmental inter-parliamentary committee of the United States, United Kingdom and Iran, and a member of the Gopik Association.

He is affiliated to Hezb-e-Wahdat-e-Islami Mardom-e-Afghanistan and is close to Mohaqiq and has been
close with the “Reformist” group in parliament.

Abda was a member of the Commission on Judicial, Justice, Administrative Reform and the Fight against Corruption in the Wolesi Jirga 2005 and Secretary 2011 and 2012.

He is married and has three daughters and three sons.

Abdo speaks Dari und Pashto.
