3. Biodata:
Mishwani_Haji_SakhiHaji Sakhi Mishwani, son of Haji Mir Halem Khan, was born in 1964 in the village of Palozai in Asmar district of Kunar province. He has a Gujur ethnic background. He is a well-known tribal leader and comes from an influential family of elders.

He completed his primary education at Shangar Shah Primary school in Shigal district, and in 1976 he enrolled in Khushal Khan High school. Sakhi graduated from ninth class at Khushal Khan High School in 1978. He then went to Pakistan and completed his secondary education there, before studying for a further two years in law at a Pakistani institute.

In 1978, following the Communist coup, Mishwani migrated to Pakistan. During the jihad, Mishwani was affiliated with Harakat Enqelabi Islami, the Islamic Revolutionary Movement, a mujahideen party led by the late Mawlana Muhammad Nabi Muhammadi.

Commission (2012): Internal Affairs
The Afghan lawmakers have unanimously voted to bar lawmaker Ghulam Sakhi Mashwani from parliament sessions for a period of at least 10 days after he assaulted on Minister of Rural Development Nasir Ahmad Durani’s face. Mashwani assaulted the minister after his 3-minute time to ask questions ended and his Mic was cut where he went to the table where the ministers were sitting and hit on Durani’s face with the sign. He is married and has 20 children.(ten sons and eleven daughters)
