3. Biodata
mohsini_shirinShirin Mohsini Shirin Muhsini daughter of Ghareeb was born 1979 in Shahristan District, Daikundi Province. Mohseni completed her primary and secondary education in Bint-u-Huda High School, Daikundi province, in 2001. She is currently in her third year of studying Law at Khatemun Nabieen University in Kabul. In the past she has also enrolled in nursing courses funded by Hezb-e Wahdat Mili.
 

Mohseni was elected to the 2005 parliament with 8,521 votes, coming in fourth place in the province. She served on the Internal Affairs commission during this term. She  participated in both the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002 and the Constitutional
Loya Jirga in 2003.
 

She is a member of the Shia Wahdat Party. She was a member of the ‎ Committee on Interior Affairs and national Security‎ in Wolesi Jirga 2005. Mohseni is married to Arif Husain Dawari, a strong man and warlord in Daikundi Province. Mohsini is said to be "controlled" by her husband. Human rights organizations claim, Dawari is responsible for murder in 30 cases, rape, forced marriages, private prison and illicit drug trade. Shirin Mohsini is one of three wifes of Dawari.

Mrs. Sherin Muhsini in 2018 election she came in (a very close) fourth with 10,480 votes. She is a member of Hezb-e Islami Mardum-e Afghanistan, led by Haji Muhammad Muhaqiq, the second deputy of the Chief Executive, Abdullah Abdullah. Her husband, Aref Hussain Dawari, is a known local jihadi commander who still plays a strong role in his province and who actively campaigned for her. In the 2010 election, Muhsini was elected as the only female MP from Daikundi.

She is married and has four daughters.
