3. Biodata:
Sayed Muhammad Mohsen, son of Sayed Attah, was born in 1964 in the village of Brastani of Sharak district in Ghowr province. He completed his education a religious school in Ghowr at the equivalent to 14 years of study. From 1992 to 1995, Sen. Mohsen served as the manager of the public “need fulfillment office.” He was subsequently appointed as tax official in Sharak district. He holds the fourth rank in the civil service hierarchy. In 1981, 1983, 1986 and 1989, Mohsen visited Pakistan. In 1985, he also visited Iran. During the anti-Soviet resistance, he served as a commander of a small unit of mujahideen. In 1993, he served as a commander of the Sayed-ul-Shohada brigade in Ghowr. Moshen is affiliated with the Mahaze Milli Islamic Party of Afghanistan. He was indirectly elected to the Meshrano Jirga through the 2005 Provincial Council elections in Ghowr.

He is married and has ten children. He speaks Dari and Arabic.
