3.Biodata: (Other source: Mangal completed his secondary education at the Yaqubi High School in Khost in 1993. He then graduated from the Afghan Medical University in Peshawar, Pakistan in 2000.)
From 1999 to 2001, Mangal established a private health clinic. From 2001 to 2003, he provided services to ensure peace and unity among tribes and he took part in development activities for which he received 11 medals. He received a letter of appreciation during the presidential elections in 2004. From 2003 to 2005, he was chief of a 14-Bed Health Clinic.
